
Service Provision Policy
Who we are: Haverim & Haverot – Sole Proprietor (Exempt Dealer under Israeli VAT Law), 345798987, Israel, Jerusalem, Zondek 21/7, hereinafter – the “Company”. We provide training in personal safety (including Krav Maga), first aid, security consulting, and the supply of non-lethal equipment.
Scope of services: Course content, dates, and format are published on the website/in the invoice. The Company may make non-material changes (e.g., instructor replacement) without reducing quality.
Participant requirements:
— Age 16+ (or with written consent from parents/guardians).
— Good health; the participant confirms no contraindications.
— Compliance with safety rules and applicable laws.
Liability and warranty disclaimer: Training involves physical activity; risks are minimized by instructions and regulations, but the participant accepts reasonable risks, and the Company is not liable for indirect/incidental damages to the extent permitted by law. In the U.S., implied warranty of merchantability applies to sold goods unless excluded by law.
Legal compliance: We do not supply weapons or prohibited items. We comply with Israeli, EU, and U.S. laws on consumer protection and data processing. For the EU – rights under Directive 2011/83/EU; for Israel – Consumer Protection Law; for the U.S. – applicable state laws and UCC.
Order Placement Policy
Ordering and payment: Orders can be placed via the website or by invoice. Prices are indicated with or without VAT (as shown on the product page). We accept online payments in various methods (listed on the product page). Customer verification may be required for certain categories of equipment (KYC/sanctions/export control).
Processing and shipping: Standard processing time is 14 business days after payment. Delivery is carried out by transport companies within their stated timeframes. The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer upon transfer to the carrier, unless otherwise stipulated by the buyer’s country’s law.
Taxes and customs: International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the recipient’s country (payable by the recipient).
Changes/cancellations: Before shipment — upon request. Custom or personalized items may not be subject to cancellation once production has started (exception under Directive 2011/83/EU).

Disclaimer of Warranties: The website and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect or punitive damages; total liability is limited to the actual amount paid within the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law and Disputes: The primary governing law is that of Israel. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of their home country remain in effect. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Jerusalem, State of Israel, or, by mutual written agreement of the parties, by the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa or by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Israel Chamber of Commerce in accordance with its Rules.
