
Return & Cancellation Policy
EU (B2C distance sales): Consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (except for certain exclusions: digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once execution has begun with consent; custom or personalized goods; sealed hygiene products, etc.). If the consumer has not been informed of this right, the period extends to 12 months. Refunds will be made within 14 days from notification (we may withhold until goods are received or proof of return is provided).
Israel: For a “distance sale,” the consumer may cancel within the statutory period; a fee of up to 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be charged, except in cases of non-conformity or delay — in such cases, a full refund is provided within 14 days.
USA: There is no federal “general” right of return; the seller’s policy and applicable state laws apply. Defective products are covered under UCC/FTC warranties. Recommended Ramot.pro policy: return/exchange within 30 days for new, unused items unless otherwise stated; defects — under warranty.
Procedure: Requests must be sent to info@ramot.pro with the order number; include the receipt/invoice and photos of the item’s condition. Returns must be sent to the warehouse address as agreed. Return shipping costs: as agreed. International returns are processed without reimbursement of importer duties/taxes.
