Scope: Electronic courses, webinar recordings, e-books, checklists.

Delivery and license: Access is provided via a link or through a personal account. The license is personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and without the right to resell or distribute.

Returns: Once access has started, no refunds are provided, except in cases of technical failure that is not resolved within a reasonable time.
EU-specific: If you have given explicit consent to start the provision of content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and confirmed the waiver of your withdrawal right, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Content protection: Watermarks and/or download restrictions may be applied; attempts to circumvent such protection are prohibited.
